PRAMUKH FRP BASE PLATE FOR AIR VENTS

Wind driven Turbo Ventilators are used on roofs to exhaust the stale and hot air inside an Industry to allow natural fresh air to be circulated in its place.

We provide ‘PRAMUKH’ FRP Base plates for fixing of such Turbo Ventilators. We match the profile of any roof in the base plates to enable everybody to install such ventilators in varying thickness and colours. We are presently making base plates in twenty profiles.

JOINING PROCEDURE OF ‘PRAMUKH DHONI’ FRP GUTTERS

The procedure is groove lock in method and sealing using FRP raw materials. There is a step at the end of every gutter wherein the next gutter would be seated maintaining uniform smooth surface at the joint.

DOWN TAKE ARRANGEMENT OF PRAMUKH DHONI

The down take pipe would be a length of 6” with a dia of 4” or 6” as required by the client, to which PVC pipes are fixed to maintain continuity. The length of all the gutters would be of 3m and varied colours and different shapes can be offered. The chemical resistance of the FRP gutters depends on the resin system used which can be customised.
